Those available on Sunday April 15 from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm, consider joining the Open Geneva HACKSHOW to discover in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere the innovative results developed during the festival at the HEAD Campus. Mandatory registration.

The hackathon is jointly organised by ARK and SonoCoin with the help of Jörn Erbguth.

Context
Blockchain technology is among the most promising and discussed disruptive technologies in our society addressing the growing concern and need for decentralised trust.
Geneva is actively engaged in this transition with an ecosystem balancing private and public initiatives. The academic and higher education community is also engaged in this context in research and education. Consequently, it was natural to organise a blockchain hackathon at the Centre Universitaire d'Informatique within the Open Geneva open innovation festival.
Two very interesting blockchain initiatives have joined us in supporting Open Geneva and blockchain open innovation as sponsors. ARK and SonoCoin are at the heart of this hackathon providing their platforms for a great hackfest.

Goal & Challenge

The goal of this hackathon is to to share technology, learn, generate new ideas and synergies and enjoy a truly engaging innovation time. ARK and SonoCoin will provide the initial technological ground with their technologies and set the stage for new ideas, use cases, prototypes and hacks as the challenges for this hackathon.
